The Mexico Border exhibition captures powerful moments along this vast and often unforgiving landscape. Stretching 2,000 miles from the Rio Grande Valley in Texas to the deserts of Arizona and California, the U.S.-Mexico border is a place of movement, resilience, and hope.
Every year, thousands of individuals and families undertake arduous journeys in search of safety, opportunity, and a better future.
The exhibition captures powerful moments along this vast and often unforgiving landscape. Through intimate and thought-provoking imagery, it explores the experiences of those navigating the complex realities of migration. Some flee violence or economic hardship, while others seek to reunite with loved ones.

Their paths are shaped by uncertainty, determination, and the dream of a new beginning.
The photographs document the spaces where these journeys unfold—temporary shelters, extremely remote area crossings, rivers that mark the boundary between past and future. They reveal the human spirit in moments of exhaustion and perseverance, waiting and longing, fear and hope. Each frame offers a glimpse into lives in transition, highlighting the courage it takes to leave the familiar behind in pursuit of the unknown.
Beyond borders and policies, this exhibition invites viewers to see migration through a deeply human lens. It is a testament to strength and survival, offering a window into the personal stories behind one of the most defining movements of our time.
